All orders are delivered locally to your accomodations at Super Bowl when you arrive.If time permits, orders may be shipped via Federal Express priority, insured overnight to the cardholder's billing address. Shipping via insured (to full value of tickets) Fedex costs between $45.00 and $125.00, depending upon shipping destination. We will send out shipping authorization forms approximately one month before the game to get shipping address information, give shipping cost estimates or to get Super Bowl accomodations from you so we may deliver your tickets securely to you.
Are the tickets I am ordering in the exact location specified on your website?
We guarantee that we will ship you the tickets specified on your order form unless we contact you with other options and receive authorization from you. We reserve the right to upgrade seating at no additional cost, however, we will contact you to let you know before we process your order if this happens. All tickets are together and in the same row unless specified different. All orders are confirmed via email and/or telephone so that you know exactly when to expect the tickets to arrive.
Why is the price printed on the actual ticket different than the price I paid for the tickets?
We are not the Super Bowl boxoffice, nor are we affiliated with the stadium. We are a privately owned, licensed ticketing agency that specializes in obtaining tickets to sold out events like Super Bowl. These tickets generally do not go on-sale to the public, therefore, we must pay a much higher price to obtain the tickets from private parties who own them and also make a profit when we sell them to the general public.
Can I Return or Exchange My Tickets After Purchase?
Tickets have fluctuating and time sensitive value. Therefore, all sales are final once your order is confirmed. The only time a refund is permitted is if the game gets cancelled and no rescheduled date is set. We do not permit refunds if a game is rescheduled as you are responsible for the new date.
